Every Almonard Exhaust Fan  features  a capacitir start and run type motor , continuously rated , totally enclosed and ruggedly built. Designed specifically for the purpose the motors has prelubricated double ball bearing and is provided  with Class  A and E Insulation . The end result is a smooth , Silent motor  that lasts longer and delivers  the maximum  output at lower operating cost. 

Pedestal Tyoe Mancoolers are dsigned to stand on the shop floors. The Cast aluminium alloy , statically and dynamically balanced  impeller of high efficiency Aerofoil Section blade is mounted  directly on the motor shaft aith Suitable, sturdy  protection  guards and mounted  on the steel plate  pipe with motor base plate . The Cast iron solid base holds the assembly on the floor free from vibration. The Air throw can be adjusted vertically  for Various positions . Castor wheels  can be provided  for the special application  on specific request .

Every Almonard exhaust fan features a capacitor star and run type motor continuously rated, totally enclosed and ruggedly built. Designed specifically for the purpose, the motor has prelubricated double ball bearing and it is provided with class "A" and "E " Insulation. The end result is a smooth, silent motor that lasts longer and deliver the maximum output at lower operating cost.

In this type  of Mancoolers , the impeller and Motor assembley is mounted in the circular casing with suitable  stand arrangement. This can be moved from place to place easily  even in rough floor areas. The Air flow can be adjusted  vertically  for any convenient position. Necessary protection guards are also provided on both sides of the casing. 

The wallmounting man coolers are suitable for mounting at higher elevation in the wall or stanction to avoid the occupation of floor space. These fand are mounted on steel pipe with suitable holes in the base plates for heavy duty motors.

AHV-Single Phase / Three Phase – High velocity model can be used for industrial purpose where the door height is about 7 Feet .

AEHV- Single Phase / Three Phase – Extra height velocity model can be used where higher nozzle velocity is need & in dusty  areas door height is up to 8 Feet .

AIB- Three Phase ( Insect Barrier ) – To arrested the insects in to the rooms & door height is up to 8 feet .

Silent Model – Very silent operation with 960 RPM  motor is ideal for air conditional shops & malls.

Smart / Delux – Silent operation with 1400RPM motor with smart aesthetic  looks. For HITECH Turbo & Blower air  Curtain  models refer to us. Velocity range 25-40m/sec.
